Parker was given fiancial metrics by the BoD, which is their responsibility and his vertical software facination made achieving the financial metrics impossible (had the BoD ageed to alter the financial metrics, Parker may very well have been wildly successful - but they didn't). In contrast, Hill assessed that QTRH had a solid entry in the intelligent transportantion segment of the IIoT market as elected, strategically, to leverage it. The financial metrics can be achieved, or most likely exceeded, in the ITS sector. The fragmentation in the ITS market is an advantage in building scale for those with financial strength.
As the ITS buildout takes shape there will be lots to talk about.
