Let me explain:  In Mongolia, the bank deposit rate is right around 11%, you floor sweeping buffoon!!  So they are paying virtually no interest!!! 

But of course you didn't know that because you are an uneducated fool!!!  HAHAHAHA!!  For anyone that didn't know already, you have provided more proof of your ignorance and lack of savvy!!  Just a guy who hates his life behind a keyboard that's all you are.  Loser.
