Yes I was contacted, and yes I participated. Why wouldn't I. I love the company, I've been a shareholder since 2017, I continue to hold and I can tell you that unless the price skyrockets between now and May (close to $1) I will not be selling any shares. I think the potential is far more than .30-.50 or even .60 cents a share.

I second this. Been here since early 2017. I'll say it again.... I believe these patents are worth $250 million market cap. With 140,000,000 potential shares (includes the 40,000,000 warrants), that puts shareprice somewhere around $1.50 fully diluted.
With 40 Million warrants, that equates to an extra $6 million in cash that the company has potential to access if warrants get exercised.
The company just has to execute and get CMOS developed with applications for use. If they can do this, we should do well as shareholders.
