I wouldn't believe a thing that comes out of Boris mouth anymore.

it was his decision not to file the accounts for 6 months until the last minute. He could have chosen to rectify this earlier but he didn't. He waited till the very last minute to file the acccounts. That's not in shareholders interests at all. Locking away their money.

second, he's been slapped by the OSC and delayed for over three months. An entire quarter to go live. 

Do you really think the OSC takes this long. 

I don't believe anything that comes out his mouth anymore. Just look at his track record.
