RE:RE:RE:PRAD, corporate updates dont work anymore. You

RE:RE:RE:PRAD, corporate updates dont work anymore. YouLooks like our sources vary I am looking in my trading platform and the news is put out by Midnight Trader---

Skylight Health to Acquire US Clinic Group with over 6 locations, $20 million in Revenue and $3 million EBITDA (I do not know if this is the the Canadian equivalency it appears to be that) this is as of January 7th release--I trade through TD and that is the news in the platform when accessing it on cell phone.

But here is the news release in full

08:55 AM EST, 01 07 2021 (MT Newswires)--Skylight Health Group Inc (SHG.V) has entered into a Binding Letter of Intent to acquire a US Primary and Urgent Care Clinic group for $14.3 million

(I will put this in and say yes my mistake you are right unnamed a US Primary and Urgent Care Clinic--and my apologies!!!)

The group, which has a network of six locations, is actively credentialed with major insurance carriers, reports Skylight, and employs a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care management. Clinical staff mix includes physicians, nurse practioners, and physician assistants.

On an unaudited basis, the clinic is expected to generate over $20 million in annual revenue and $3 million in EBITDA. SHG expects continuity of its leadership team and clinical staff post-acquisition.

The transaction is epxected to close before the end of Q1 2021.

Price: 1.4000, Change: -0.0500, Percent Change: -3.45

This is what I see with my trading platform on my cell phone.

I have noticed that the cell phones have differing news releases and by the looks of it there are no doubt varying sources. Your figures look to be in American dollars whereas this one looks to be in Canadian.

So I will say this my apologise for being blunt and yes I missed (a) which means unnamed. My keyboard is screwy so certain characters are affected i will have to reboot it otherwise i would have used quotations and backslashes

But the time frame was not January as to the expected closing date not according to this one--that is if we are talking about the same news release because parts of it seem the same others not really so there is apparently some confusion. I will have to go onto the tsx site and check with that and cross reference it to the news releases on my cell!

Thanks for pointing this out!
