You have to cultivate the soil first and have it certified before you grow it for CBD production. Most of the thousands of hectares of hemp crops are grown for the fibers so soil condition isn't that important. It's only until recently that Farmers were allowed to let Hemp go to flower for CBD extraction. CBD Hemp harvest machines need to be designed for the CBD hemp flower, which could become a market, otherwise you have to pick Hemp CBD flowers by hand.
