The Company operates in one segment, the production of copper concentrates under a tolling agreement with DET.

They can afford to pay a dividend. This would surely take the stock thru  $1.   Look for a renegotiation of their loan with BNS allowing more cash flow for dividends and gving BNS a longer term loan.
