I don't think it's the same company. This one is One World Holdings Limited. The one on the news release is One World Smart Holdings Corp.

One World Smart Holdings Corp. does not have web site nor is there any mention of them being in the Personal Protective Equipment or Health and Medical fields.

This seems to be some kind of scam deal. I hope iSign have done some background checks on these people.
