They didn't pull that number out of their ar$e like you did. You are off 1.4 billion. 2.6 is not around 4. Where did you learn math. Thats a big difference. Of course R&D gets charged to the program. Airbus, Boeing, etc all charge to the program otherwise how will they accurately know if a program was profitable. Each program/project gets charged separately. Ever had of accounting and accountants.
