RE:Conf. callAnd I really like Crawford's mention of their sights now focused on that "transformational" acquisition which he later defined as in the $25 - $50 Million Revenue range covering multiple states and separate geographical locations. It's looking more and more like a large acquisition is coming very soon and there is no fluke that they are currently undergoing the NASDAQ application process right now in parallel. They obviously have their ducks in a row to do some major M&A in next few months, and to push this company onto the main stage. I bet they will only decide on required share consolidation and/or offerings after a few more larger companies are acquired to see if anything further is even necessary to meet the share price conditions and uplist.
