I talked to BCSC (B.C. Security Commission) and the CTO is still in place and there has been no attempt of submitting Audited Finacial Statements... (submitting is pretty simple and for low activity SMB they could do this rather fast).  The Alberta Sec Comm was a bit more helpful and said we could get lawyers involved to be able to sell our shares (though depends on what you own and how much it's valued to be worth it).  I'm with Scotia I-trade and I've requested to transfer the smb shares to my cash account to see if I can sell it from there... I will also request to see if I can transfer them to a U.S. account and let you know. 

Has anyone tried any of this ? Have any useful info or help?  Let's find a way to be able to sell the shares and be ready if the right timing falls in place.
