RE:RE:RE:RE:Stans FYI DyoddSeems to be some connection (see below) between Stans and this new company. Could always try for a reverse takeover so they come out under Stans TSX listing. Lot of things have to fall in place for this to be sanctioned by the TSX.

A reverse take-over is also known as a "back door listing" or "reverse merger" of a company already listed on TSX or TSXV. ... This allows shareholders of a private company to merge with an issuer that has no substantial business activity.
