letter sent to school board- no responseMt Healthy City School District

To Whom It May Concern:
As a shareholder of Patriot One, I was encouraged by the announcement of the completion of the PATSCAN install within the Mt. Healthy School District. However, since the installation was completed in October 2020, I have raised some misgivings with the company (including addressing the new CEO Peter Evans) directly and got no response.
Take a look at the pictures of the Mt Healthy School install T.J. Dooley posted on his LinkedIn page in October, 2020. Notice that the space between the columns allows for a number of student’s to pass through the columns at the same time. Should the PATSCAN system be triggered by a hidden weapon, the Patriot One website suggests the system won’t work in that case- cluttered environments (schools are cluttered at entrances) when they say “Designed to detect large barreled weapons, such as rifles (auto/semi-auto), shotguns as well as handguns and long bladed (12”+) knives in uncluttered environments.”
Patriot One insists that small items such as “phones, wallets, keys and traditional watches” will not set off the system. Unfortunately, most students will bring large metallic objects such as laptops (hidden in backpacks). Although, Patriot One has stated on their website that “Larger items like laptops, purses or bags must be screened separately,” I see no area provided by the installer for that purpose (like you would see a baggage screening device at an airport for example). How would any security person be able to tell from a picture provided of a threat in real time which person was the threat in the cluttered environment at the entrance to the school? Moreover how would any school be able to cost effectively man a baggage screener at every entrance?
You realize the system has never been live tested. Last week, in a letter to shareholders the new CEO of Patriot One Peter Evans said this "we will stay focused, and remove the distractions from poorly qualified customers, partners, geographies, pilots, experiments, and wishful thinking." I am wondering if he means that in regards to the installation at Mt. Healthy School where the PATSCAN install was completed in Oct 2020? Has he decided to abandon the install rather than live test the system on guinea pigs i.e. students? Have the parents of the students been informed that the system has never been live tested? Is the school board aware of the ramifications should the system not do what it is supposed to do? Since the contract was signed most of the senior Patriot One people are gone. It’s possible the person the school board dealt with at Patriot One may no longer available to answer any questions.
I believe due to the issues I have raised above, the school board should be having a serious discussion about the future of the PATSCAN forthwith.
