Hello Mates (and 1 Lady)#1 For those of you looking at the bid/ask BOTH are higher than the close on Friday. I wouldn't bother as my experience in a few of these tells me they will bounce around a lot.
#2 Although it doesn't appear based on the numbers that they accomplished a "steal of a deal" BUT I think based on the same numbers they paid market price. This is actually a positive because in this sector you would expect to pay a very high premium IF you can convince someone to sell. The real numbers will appear in 2 quarters when they report as Sangoma and if they find synergies to enhance the bottom line.
#3 If we list on Nasdaq the sp will be in US funds and I suspect taht they will attempt to list asap. If they apply to list immediately (or this was already initiated PRIOR to the acquisition) It will still take a couple of weeks.
#4 My "guess" is that the sp will trade initially down until the dust settles and then steadily climb to a much higher level.
Good Luck!
