In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

I even have doubts about 10 years. Seriously, how could anyone pay 1 cent/sh... or a market cap of
$110 million... when a year ago they needed to borrow $200k at 10% from their own CEO ?

Term sheet for $65 million ? Can't wait to see those terms. Hope they're not similar to Cuda Oil and Gas recent finance.

Have a look at Cuda's 3rd quarter, with WTI over $52/bbl , should give an idea of similar numbers, even possible partner ?
