RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Was climbing all dayA few points ,
it  may be easy to submit financial doc's but who is going to pay for them to be done. Not sure of cost but i'll bet the BCSC will want fees etc. for re listing, i know from another co. i had that had to relist after being halted it cost a pretty penny for fees, fines , cost of having fin doc done etc. As to lawyers i don't know if byy the time they got thru  with you if it would be worth it, as for transfering shares to a trading acct. if you can't sell them in your TFSA why would you be able to sell them in a trading acct. and have know idea if you can transfer CDN equities that are cease traded being held in a Cdn. acct to a U.S. acct. to get around a cease trade order. When you find out please let us know.

As i said the TD guy said inquire with the Cdn. ,Securities Administor if they will give you a letter allowing the brokerage to sell the shares on the over the counter mkt. in the U.S. .. I have enquired and are waiting to hear from them, if you do also would appreciate you sharing what they tell you.

In the mean time we are stuck.
