You're correct Gideon, and with the extension on the debentures it's unlikely that a reverse split or bankruptcy is imminent.

I promised myself to ignore people this year who put out either extremely negative or overly hyped positive statements. I understand people are excited and happy to see the stock rise again, but our response must be measured with a dose of reality.

Good Luck, things haven't looked this positive in the POT sector for a long time.

it only becomes a problem if you need to raise capital and given the recent cash flow positive I'm doubtful they will need to do that as they just raised 3 million - unless there is some major acquistion they are positioning for.

outside of that the only reason would be to get the price up for an uplisting, Trading on the TSXV as well as OTC has increased in volumn so liquidity isn't a real problem at the moment unless they want to tap into US markets - personally I would that either way they would be positioning for a higher SP before any of those options to begin with.

Short interest is dropping which is probably helping with the sp boost -- you are going to get shorters coming out trying to get prices down especially given the current low price - a raise of a few cents will decimate a short position in short order.
