He started by investing 1 million and now got fla in which I think he has good connections. Become ceo and Kicked everyone else. Even if he pays 20 or 30 cents for the rest of the shares he will have a good deal. The company is up and running already. Cash cow with minimum cost structure. Time will tell but it looks like the Argentines are taking over. Jmo
