Anglo Minerals Ltd. have a 5% carried interst and a 49% interest in 819 million metric tonne of coal according to February 1 news release. SynEnCo Energy has the exclusive two year right to buy Anglo out. 23,040 (5%) acres of Oilsands permits - 138,240 (49%) acres of coal leases within 1 hour drive of Fort McMurray, Alberta.
