RE:RE:Odd timer is a basher from the yahoo boardWhen a company's capitalization is far below fair value, raising money through stock sales crushes existing shareholders, reverse split or not. And given that debt financing really isn't an option for a number of reasons (including legal) we get what we saw - a small offering aimed at stabilizing the balance sheet. So the only reason for a rs is an uplisting, which I think most would agree is a dumb idea at this point. These points show why it is difficult for the company to expand....but what do I know? cheers

it only becomes a problem if you need to raise capital and given the recent cash flow positive I'm doubtful they will need to do that as they just raised 3 million - unless there is some major acquistion they are positioning for.
outside of that the only reason would be to get the price up for an uplisting, Trading on the TSXV as well as OTC has increased in volumn so liquidity isn't a real problem at the moment unless they want to tap into US markets - personally I would that either way they would be positioning for a higher SP before any of those options to begin with.
Short interest is dropping which is probably helping with the sp boost -- you are going to get shorters coming out trying to get prices down especially given the current low price - a raise of a few cents will decimate a short position in short order.
