This is funny. Years ago I thought: sooner or later there will be Cannabis Patent wars.

Usually a sign of a mature industry. The box has been opened and others are watching. This is a good and bad thing - now expect others to jump in on the action.

I have been in a company that did this - bought out another that had several lawsuits against it. Eventually they will have to settle or agree to drop all legal actions mutually.

One side will have to blink. However this can drag on for years.

So hope for a quick settlement and / or licensing type deal.
