He will certainly not abandon his other prestigious positions to work full-time for little old Spectral.
If he does and you see proof of it, I'll let you nag me for the rest of my stay on this board.
IMHO we certainly don't need him to resign from his other gigs, just so the he can put in his 40 hours and hang out by the water cooler with the other Spectral staff.
He's there for two reasons only IMO:
- the credibility he lends
- the doors he can open i.e. the key peeps that he knows in certain key organizations
He will be paid rather handsomely for that, but sobeit. Even gets a business card with a CMO title...so he can leverage that on his CV later when Spectral explodes onto the US market. Think of it as celebrity branding (Ariana Grande, Michael Jordan, etc.) only his followers are likley differently motivated than the average celebrity follower/groupie.
