Might be rushing to clinicals to get more money from investors before they go belly up. These guys burn through money really quick. They haven't even put out any preclinical information showcasing the new gore device actually working. Plus we have a huge headstart. They got a new device made and into the clinic pretty quick, kudos to them but they can't speed up a year long clinical trial.
