RE:RE:RE:RE:Naturally Splendid Appoints E-Commerce ConsultantAgreed.  Tarr is most likely needed full time now.  Perhaps now that Product rebranding may have to happen. Not sure how that works if they lost the trade name Natera to Brandstorm Inc.

I posted the link to that court case a few days ago. NSP won the trademark dispute in 2018 only to have the appeal judge reverse the decision in January 2021.

Can they still use that name Natera now or will they need to rebrand?, say to something easy like "Nitera" or Naterella? or Nice? 

Not sure, but that court case was a "material change" to the company yet no news on that or the Cavaltinib phase II trial as yet.

Just saying, they need to stay transparent with their shareholders. We are here to help them as much as they are here to help us. $$$. Corporate releases rather than Stockhouse promos would be a lot better as it is on the public record. 

Oh, well...just my opinion...onwards and upwards!
