need help understanding warrants ??

need help understanding warrants ??Previously on other posts I have said i don't have a good undertsanding of how warrants work and what it means to the company. Chris happened to briefly mention the outstanding warrants in his BioPub  interview today. The following is their May 2020 news release regarding those warrants. In simple terms can someone tell me what it means? For example , once stock is over .35 would investors want to start converting their warrants? Overall it looks like an opportunity forthe company to raise 6M if they were excercised.  Also, if by some great news the stock could go to $1 for 10 days they could reset warrants to 30 days from that date??
