RE:Insider buying? It is not hard to find a small company sp spike in this market - as long as they have a spark of life investors are accepting mgmt's business plans as probables. So the exchange might not be bothering with the normal non-event asking the companies to do a nr saying nothing material is being held back folks (in other words it is just traders so move on, stop dreaming up scenarios, and find something useful to think about.)
Or maybe the company's aren't being pestered by know-nothings who want insider info that can't be available; because those know-nothings have lately become accustomed to big spikes and don't call mgmt anymore about them - except for this ETI crowdd who are outcompeting thir fellow clowns trying to present their imaginations.
Look at PLAN on Friday, TEST over the last week, BEE and JET weeks ago for instance. I got in totally cheap for all 4 of their financings and this ETI one within the last 60 days.
