RE:RE:Earnings & Asset Sales I agree, and those Acreage floating shares are going to get swallowed up by Canopy too and they are only $4 ish.

Yes it is all dependant on some kind of legislation to calm the waters and put wind in the sails of US potpreneurs and of course, the world's leading pot and hemp company, Canopy Growth.  The Democrats tried to launch this several times but the deal got queered by the Republicans.  They tried to slip it in with some of their holiday pay bills but it didn't fly.  Schumer is talking about the new revamped effort that I think, incorporates a lot of good things needed by greenrush hopefuls in addition to the go-ahead.

It would be a miracle if they can pass something to launch cannabinoids and have free movement across State lines.  I still haven't noticed any red flags for the Feds allowing individual States to police themselves.  Makes me wonder what it will take for Canopy to hit the nitro button!  glta and dyodd
