RE:Hmmm what is the negative on Osisko?

RE:Hmmm what is the negative on Osisko?Lack of Financial Knowledge is the negative... People just don't get it.  OR.T has spun off Osisko Development while retaining about 80% of the shares.
Why is this good???  Depending on how you look at it OR.T has 3 options to make money off of Osisko Development. 1) If an institution wants to buy into ODV, rather than print new shares, OR can sell off some of its 80% of shares and put a lot of cash in the bank for more investments in Royalties.
2) Hold all the current shares and earn 80% of any profits from ODV... or 3) Do both... sell shares down to say 30% ownership and earn $$...or bigger NSR's or ???   It's a great deal.
Most importantly... OR.T no longer has to finance any of the development of the assets in ODV... ODV raises their own capital....
It is nothing but WIN, WIN, WIN for OR.T
OR.T is way undervalued!!
