Can WF keep the outlook for 2021?

Can WF keep the outlook for 2021?Through the agreement with RubiconOrganics the availability will increase to over 1200 stores in North America. 400 in the US and more than 800 in CA.
A deal that should not be underestimated because the expansion is limited to WF's most successful product (Cool & Relief Stick) which can boast very good reviews worldwide. Success in Canada seems obvious here.

In my opinion, the uncertainty factor lies with City Cannabis. In the Investor presentation on September 15. 2020, the opening of the Toronto location was planned for the end of 2020.
They are currently talking about mid-2021.

The estimate in terms of sales remains 12-15m for Toronto. However, since there is only half a calender year left, the question arises whether the outlook now needs to be corrected or whether this has been taken into account?

So at the moment I can't see how the planned 45m in revenue are to be achieved?!
