Narratives are key to how you present information/tell a story. Obviously these editorial decisions come from the top.
That being said, there are also counter narratives from other outlets for almost any taste.
When most people harp on about the "mainstream media" or "disinformation", most of the time, what they mean is the narratives presented do not conform to your own perspective.
