RE:FrustratingIMO.. The delay with the approval of Montalva is what's driving the price down. Many investors counted on Montalva's approval last summer, and the fact that we still don't know if we made the 150mw cut adds to the volatility and uncertainty. I still believe in Greenbriar and in Jeff's ability to get it done, but Puerto Rico's government is corrupt to the bone. I lived in PR my entire life, and I can tell you that the political/elite class don't give a #%$ about the people. FOMB are just pirates, here for the plunder., protecting the corrupt politicians' interest from the mainland that gave them a $60,000/per month job. 
 
May God help us...(or Mr. Grijalva, whoever comes first)
