RE:Spillover Effect Not sure what your justification is for that number and although i heavily disagree i'm not going to argue that but my comment will be that March 30/31 will be Q4 release, which will not go over well with investors. As reported, best case scenario for Q4 is $8M in revenues, which mathematically is at least $32M from having a breakeven conversation. I'll be paying very close attention to the gross margin which is around 10% currently. I think they will report a similar number for Q4 +/- 2%, which doesn't change the math in a material fashion.
The lying lhama is going to say welll Meni has a stretch goal of 40% for 2021; think in that same town hall he said there would not be a cash raise and that there was improvement in QoQ losses; both were lies.
You'll have a lot of other retailers reporting record revenues at the same time, creating more of a gap in market share for CannMart. Guess what, they'll all be getting in line for the shroom boom too so that's not unique to CannMart; FAF whitelabels their own product with cannabis and will do the same with psychedelics.
Bottom line, April 1 will not be a good day for SP based on the timing, maybe pick another one.

Good luck,
