Dude, if you raise funds on a certain premise and that premise was false or misleading you will most certainly be met with lawsuits....but as you say, "this is the venture exchange"... and after all this is Canadia. Long term must be an American (trump supporter) no doubt; Canada is pretty soft.

you are correct in your assumption that after the funds are raised it is too late. So you get a slap on the wrist and pay some dollars back(maybe).

I agree, do an equity raise!
