The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates a 95,000-square-foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

John did said guidance would be provided in the last week of January in one of his interviews earlier this year...should be easy to find..I'm pretty sure he only did one or two. Could have misspoke but he is supposedly making an appearance tomorrow somewhere as well so maybe he'll clarify. I think people are just tired of waiting for this thing to move (myself included) when it seems painfully obvious it's significantly undervalued. Anyway, we wait, as usual.

Hate to perpetuate rumours but this is quiet even for DN...is it possible the merger rumours are true and this is a quiet period?
