Feedback once per dayI got tested at the test before you testing site in Petaluma at the outlets there Saturday . They took my insurance information, swabbed me, almost a week later I never received my test results. I emailed the company through their website, no response, called the phone number listed, there was w bogus person on the line claiming “i cannot help you.” The person on the phone at the alleged business then gave me an alternate phone number that said it was a laboratory, said to leave a message, and the inbox was full. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM and a complete danger to any community they are set up in. They are not following proper COVID protocol, the girl who swabbed me didnt even have proper PPE on. Please do not go here.
