RE:RE:Very odd disconnect I do agree, however, here are 3 other possible reasons. Not in any order of probability.

1. There is a share issue on deck. This price action happened in the mid-$3's and $5's just prior to an issue.

2. The Inmatec deal has shares involved and the closing has a number of shares and price matrix that they are trying to finalize.

3. The Inmatec deal is faltering. I haven't seen any mention of it on the Inmatec website.
