Why $29.60?

This is - 6.66% off the 23 day recent peak SP which represents the dilution effect of issue. The fact that it was gobbled up quickly says that they thought this was good value. I am certain that they did their DD before buying. Improved balance sheet and room to accomodate increased orders.
