Just a little more, the info provided was accomplished in an accredited medical facility with an interesting history with Sars etc.. Also, it might be understood that the Nova Scotia government is very interested in this and is providing $250K to an Alberta facility to promote this. As far as "length of time", it took only 2 months to do this after the appropriate channels were established. Those channels are the equivalent in Canada to an FDA accreditation. Governments are behind this in Canada.
