I agree it is disheartening to see this type of dilution. HOWEVER, I wholeheartedly agree with Management on raising $$$ when the going is good. We are looking at some short term pain here that should turn into major long-term gain.  The $$$ AUN has raised will go a long way to moving and even expanding both RV and Shafter beyond what was just planned three months ago. My personal hope is we will see the drill results from Blue Grass in the near future and that they are out of this world increasing proven reserves for Aurcana. Results are overdue to be released in my mind so I share your concerns.
