Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Mm - when did they announce that they have an American IR partner.

that was not in the recent shareholder presentations. I read the presentation and listened to both and there was no mention of this.

if this is true the timing along with Dr. Kellum's hire and the intent to move up to a better US listing makes sense.
