I have not tried Tom lately.

I did question why Faouzi with his background in medical scan systems, 3D TV and auto console 3D technology would actually entertain going into a "Horse" business. I realize it likely had a computer tech system as the main component of the business but it just seemed out of character for him. I did suggest a start up medical imaging business that appeared to be a much better fit but who knows where he may have gone in his search.

I am wondering with all of this shuffle of the business if he actually sold all of the intellectual property rights as well i.e. the "patent portfolio"? He wrote a lot of those patents himself -- did he actually just let them all go?
