Best part, those shares were the one penny flippers. Todays, 30 million was a changing of the guards, sp will probably continue to trade doji sideways while the exchange on those shares goes to smart money.
Need strong hands, not flippers to take care of those shares for the next leg up. A couple more NR's and sp will give merit.
