RE:ATM Offering ... A Forward Sale?LOL. Frank will sell shares below $2. He is clever for himself, not shareholders. Same as 2 years ago. This theory is crazy. Written by a bagholder. Shares will be diluted.
As long as BTC and ETH are going uo, Hive wil go up. As soon as correction in cryptos come, HIVE is going back down. HIVE is not an investment, it's a trading tool for price movement in BTC and ETH. Use stop losses and protect your capital.
Having said that, BTC and ETH will go up and HIVE will hit $4 this month. and Frank will issue more shares. \
Buy the dip, sell the rip. Using stop loss.

If we've seen anything recently, especially regarding FH, the interim Chairman, it's that he's clever... the debentures is case and point... Since receiving the press about the ATM offering the other day I kept asking myself what could I be missing, after all, most of us who have been here for over 3 years have seen HIVE go through, well... quite a bit.
That being said, I think FH may use the ATM offering in a clever manner... I think HIVE may do a forward sale... this would let HIVE sell the shares through the ATM offering at the current trading price w/o actually issuing the shares to satisfy the sale until a future date... its a way to capture a really great cost of capital... and what better timed way then with a crypto miner hodling ETH and BTC...
For those who don't understand, HIVE, through a forward sale could enter into an agreement with a forward purchaser who would purchase a fixed number of HIVE's shares at a fixed price at any time during the term of the forward contract (they're typically 6 months to 1 year out)... for amplification, remember the debentures?
One of the other things this allows for, since FH is clever, is that instead of selling issued shares, the ATM agent can borrow outstanding shares and sell them short into the market and this provides HIVE a guarantee to its cost of capital... and they don't need to issue new securities to do this...
Now the settlement is what's really interesting... HIVE can either negotiate with a company to settle in cash or with shares... all or both... and there are multiple choices and multiple settlement manners... so back to FH and the debentures... is this about to become a US Global play or something bigger? I don't know... However, ask yourself this, what will ETH and BTC be worth in 6 months to a year?
I could be wrong... but I don't think I am...
