Emblem was granted 7 million Emblem shares

Emblem was granted 7 million Emblem sharesBack in 2018 as part of the supply aggreement. When the settled last year APHA noted in their 10k about this transaction but they never mentioned if that owneship position was ever sold. Does anyone know?
