This is pure speculation, Buoy. If the testing taking place this month confirms the expectation as presented in the NRs it would seem improbable that the application for review wouldn't be ready soon after. In fact the application process could very well have started (preparing documents, application form etc) already. With Grosso McCarthy involved as lobbyist it would appear this preparatory stage is already in progress.
