UAE Banks looking to partner

To follow 5hxac's comment I discovered that banks in the U.A.E are faced with huge costs to upgrade their present inefficient infrastructure to streamline their banking processes. They are looking to partner. ENBD was the 1st regional bank to go this route. Maybe MIT is indeed working with another regional bank. Here is a intelligence report to this from late 2019.
