RE:Am I missing somethingNot sure what you're talking about? The units went for one share at .75 cents and one purchase warrant at $1.50. If the share price goes over $1.50 and closes at $1.50 or more for 10 tens in a row. They call in the warrants at $1.50. Could be as much as $50 million to the company. Thats why I think there is a wall of 300,000 shares at $1.50. The guys in at .75 cents can sell their stock just below $1.50 make near 100 % and use that money to pay for the warrants they hold to convert to shares. Always DYODD!! i guess
