Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why keep the price down ?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why keep the price down ?It's a $ 70 Million issue which is significant and the fact that it isn't a particularly fast closing suggests that it isn't just 4 or 5 Institutions but also has retail component and many of those will be current shareholders who are selling to cycle back into the offer to take advantage of the tax benefit.
There's absolutely nothing odd about that and as a result I doubt we'll see any increase in price until the deal closes and we can start the news flowing again.
Another 2 weeks unless they close early which doesn't happen very often.
