RE:RE:RE:RE:Nexus 2021 transition Was looking for a comparable REIT trading on the TSX and closest I could find was PRV.UN.  If NXR.UN would trade at the same valuation in relation to multiple to FFO and to Book value NXR should be at $10 to $10.50. As a greater part of NXR’s income comes from Industrial properties than PRV it actually should trade higher even up to $12.00 IMO. Investors will discover this hidden treasure at some point.
