The Company's upstream operations include oil sands projects in northern Alberta, thermal and conventional crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) projects across Western Canada, crude oil production offshore Newfoundland and Labrador and natural gas and NGLs production offshore China and Indonesia. The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Just keep it simple. You can control more or less 2 times the shares for the same amount of money, actually,as of today if you choose the warrants over the commons. That's your leverage.

At 13.58, the warrants will be worth around 8.50 to 9$ (7 in the money plus 1.50 to 2 time value)....a 100% increase from today, while 68% for the commons
